09 1.0 Kastanie 66% poss. het. Amel Bloodred

He shed a few minutes ago, so we can start the progression thread. For all of you who don't know the development of Kastanies/Chestnuts, prepare for an impressive colour change! You should keep a wary eye on this thread

As you can see, they look very similar to ordinary Anerys when they are hatchlings. Only the soft orange line in the neck disclose the different genetics. Interestingly, it seems there's a gender dimorphism similar to Lavenders. Only the males hatch with a very soft tone of orange in the neck, the females show less colour as hatchling, but when they grew up, they become pretty similar to the males.
