What was I doing?

What does one do with their time once one HAS to take a hiatus from the hobby for a few years?

What was I doing with my time until the day I could sneak back into the hobby?

I picked up my camera and shot things more often... In HS I was into photography, hid myself in the darkroom developing my own film and doing enlargements, even won an award at Triton College for lithographic photography at one point... after school however kids leave their passions and find Themselves...

I don't ever intend to be a wedding photog... they can get sued no thanks BUT I did shoot my friends outdoor wedding over the summer in Wisconsin... it was a valuable learning experience, I learned alot, what I would have done differently had the opportunity to do it again, BUT she LOVED them & she loved the present to have a friend capture her big day. I dont know... I was just hoping I didnt screw up... LOL...

Anywho... I just thought I'd share with you all a quick snippet I shared with her of a handfull of the photos I shared with her BEFORE EDITING... thus once she got them her face will always be remembered to be perfect that day But when I got home I wanted her to see a few quick snippets of what was captured before I sent her the disc of 200 edited photos for her to do with what she wanted.

K... I'll stop rambling now...

& yes, the vid cacafies the quality of the pics, but it gave her the idea

I still plan to peruse both this hobby & my photography together. A website I've sat on for a year or so & done nothing with. http://www.eideticmemories.com/ I plan to concentrate on children/family photography. I HAVE done event photography, although its been like chamber of commerce type stuff. I won't do weddings
